Refund/ Return Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products,
we do not accept returns on the items
unless they are damaged during delivery
of your order or delivery of the wrong
items. In this event we will work with
you to arrange for replacement products.
Please call us or email us immediately
(within 7 days of delivery) when you
decide to return a product.

Please provide us with your reason for
requesting a refund or exchange. We will
promptly respond with your RMA, should
we determine that your request falls
within the parameters of this policy.
You will not be able to send back a
package without an RMA number. We regret
we are unable to refund non faulty
products that are returned to us used.
Please note that you will be responsible
for the cost of returning the goods to
us unless we delivered the item to you
in error or the item is faulty. We are
not liable for items which are lost or
damaged upon return. The liability in
this situation lies with the carrier and
any claims for compensation must be
raised directly with them.
In the unlikely event that your item
arrives damaged or is faulty, please
get in touch with us immediately. If you
do not advise us within 7 days of
delivery you will have been deemed to
accept the item(s). We aim to replace
your item to your satisfaction. If this
is not possible, a full refund will be
given.
All refunds will be processed promptly,
however please allow up to 28 days,
beginning with the day on which notice
of cancellation was given for your
refund to be credited back to your
original credit card.
